2. Stain samples on your actual floor. You pick the color in your own lighting — not from a card. We apply test swatches and you approve before we commit.

3. Dustless sanding. Our HEPA-filtered containment system captures dust at the source. No fine particles circulating through your forced-air ductwork for months after the job.

4. Stain, seal, and finish coats. Two to three coats of commercial-grade polyurethane with buffing between each. Water-based options cure faster; oil-based adds warmth and depth.
